Those curtains were big during a certain period.  I would see them in my neighborhood.  You rarely see them now.  You took me back to memory lane.

Judaline - Well???

 

Don't keep us in suspense. Did you have priscilla curtains and no screens on your windows?

 

My Mom had priscilla curtains on the dining room window. The cat liked to climb them.

Hahaha. I thought you'd never ask.  When we finally got our house, I of course went shopping for them. All I could find were some made of NYLON. Ugh. They drooped-wouldn't know the meaning of crisp. After that the kids came. Five of them. No time for decorating. By the time I got interested in decorating, I found a pair which I put in my girl's room, but with screens it just didn't seem the same. Now you know my life's story. Isn't that interesting?
