I used to have two junk drawers but a couple years ago I redid the drawers and got organizers. Everything is still in its place and it's very nice to know right where the item I want is located.

Not in this house; the junk drawers are the first places we look for things like screwdrivers, pliers, electrical tape, any type of glue, etc.  Never going to be without one.

**we also refer to our junk drawer as "central supply".

No. Like others here I don't consider them 

junk drawers. Once I added organizers it was much easier to find things. Altogether I have three of them.

I have a few junk drawers, but they're kept neat with lucite compartment organizers. The items inside aren't really junk though, but odds and ends that I need from time to time.
I go through them occasionally, throw out things, and then reorganize the stuff I'm keeping.

No junk drawer in our house.  My husband has a drawer but it contains his stuff....but he keeps it pretty tidy.  I just don't like to much stuff and try really hard to purge often....big and small stuff.

We have a junk drawer in the kitchen but it is not junky...I am a neat nut!!! Can't stand disorder.
