Re: Is it possible to NOT have a junk drawer?

I don't consider mine a junk drawer, but a utillity drawer holding those small tools and items I want conveniently to hand.  Mine stays very organized with compartments.

Ahhh, "Utility Drawer" sounds so much better.

Marsha, you're brilliant! ♥

I'm calling mine by that name from now on. Smiley Wink

Same here ...  We don't save junk.  It's a Utility Drawer.

@Nightowlz  "I also had another drawer I put stuff in that I didn't know where to put it."

When I first moved, things that I did not know where I was going to put them at I threw inside the pantry. Throughout the first 2 years, when I could not find something the last place I looked was the pantry.  VOILA!!!!!! Smiley LOL

Yes, living in an apt a junk drawer is a must have.

Mine holds my scissors, letter openers, rubberbands, nails, pens, markers & bread ties.

But, but    If my junk is organized into separate drawer dividers, is it still junk????

I do divide my tools and such into garage and inside items.  The pliers and cutters I use in the kitchen are cleaned often.

Batteries and cords live in LocknLock so I can grab what I want.

I don't think so. We have one kitchen drawer that holds coupons, tape, twist ties from store produce, rubber bands, and various items I find that really don't have a place.  Smiley Wink

I do not have a junk drawer. I never have.

Why is it, when I have a 50/50 guess at something, I'm always 100% wrong?
