Re: How many sets of sheets do you have?

At one time in my life, I had 2 sets: One to have on and another for emergencies.

Today the count is is too numerous.

Hint: roll up the fitted sheets into a long tube (not literally) . That way you know they are the fitted sheets and do not have to check the tags.

Re: How many sets of sheets do you have?

For my bed just one really nice quality set I just keep washing!! Probably wash pillowcases more frequently & top blanket or sheet. I just replaced this in the Spring with all new bedding & pillows as well. Old set went to a local animal shelter. I usually replace pillows every 2 years. Quality bedding is more expensive and last time I did this was 15-20 years ago!

For other bedrooms, maybe 2 max sets if not just 1.

Re: How many sets of sheets do you have?

Two sets--one goes in the wash the other goes on the bed.  I also have two identical bedspreads that are washable. We have cats that occasionally barf on the bed (sometimes in the middle of the night!), so I need to have replacements clean & ready!

Otherwise, I'd probably only have one set--hate folding sheets, especially since they are king size!

Do I need to count the ones in the attic covering chairs and stuff?

Re: How many sets of sheets do you have?

Two sets for my bed: one set each for summer & winter.

One set for the guest room bed as it is used just a few nights per year.

One set new sitting in the upstairs closet forever.

I don't like having to store excess, plus the laundry is in my master bathroom.

Two of the three sets are from Lori Goldstein, as is my matching summer cotton quilt.

Money well spent- very good quality.

I cannot fold  fitted sheet at all lol. It is a mess and so wrinkly when I open it to put on the bed!

I know how to do it, but always hate doing it. Depends what mood I'm in, how well it comes out!

Re: How many sets of sheets do you have?

I have 5 sets of queen size sheets, 2 sets for winter and 3 sets for summer.  I recently donated rarely used sheets.

Re: How many sets of sheets do you have?

I probably have about 8 sets... I change the sheets out once a week... but usually throw the ones on the bed with the blanket in the wash and just put it back on! Seems easier to me than going through the linin closet ( which is a disorganized mess!) and trying  to find all the pieces to put it all together....

Re: How many sets of sheets do you have?

@CherryHugs   If you want to learn to fold the sheets, I bet there is a video you could look at.  I like to open my wardrobe and see neatly folded sheets (well, everything folded neaty) and I always have them facing the same direction with the prettier side facing out. Not the side that shows all the folds.

I'm probably an odd duck!
