The faux flowers I buy look very real, otherwise, I would not buy them.  I buy them at zulily, Michael's, Home Goods, and Pier1, for vase arrangements.

Every week and old ones are culled and put elsewhere.

I love utube some people are so clever, faux flowers can be added to a real plant just sometimes got to play a little with them. They go to the dollar places and add this or that and looks great. Get a nice vase add the green foam stick in the faux flowers it will last forever. I am not crafty just get ideas from utube so easy & fun, plus cheap too. Dust then just spray water in the kitchen sink put it outside to dry & bring it back in. I have 2 cats and have to be real careful.

Normally once in awhile but for some reason our Publix had BOGO bunches of beautiful roses all colors.

So this week I treated myself!  They are in a pretty pitcher from Temptations & look pretty on the counter.

They are a week old almost time to say goodbye to them😉🌹.

Always!  I never get tired of flowers, and even if I have some in the garden, I often buy a bunch at Trader Joes to mix in with my home grown ones.  DH buys me flowers from time to time as well; he's such a sweetie!.  I like to have a bouquet in the breakfast nook and a nosegay on my bathroom vanity.  Houseplants are nice, and I have plenty of those, but nothing replaces flowers in the house.

I am always tempted when in the supermarkets to buy fresh flowers.  I love flowers.  But for some reason, I don't.  I decorate seasonally with lovely faux foliage.  I place different flower arrangements around the rooms and when done it looks so pretty!  I love mixing colors and grouping the foliage together. For me it perks up the rooms and adds colors.

Whether fresh or not I love the results of decorating with flowers.

I agree with you, @VegasBusinessWoman .  I buy fresh flowers four or five times a month, and have several large vases throughout the house at any given time. 

The only artificial ones I use are for making door wreaths.

Usually about every two weeks and the same happens at my place of work.  The reception area always has fresh flowers. (real estate office)  We all love them.
