@Sooner , true but I dislike the idea of carrying two properties at once so much that I would never do it.  My friend lost a lot of money.  Put her behind years financially.  The real estate market is unpredictable.  The market was pretty good up until she bought then, boom.  She owned more than a million in property for almost three years.  I am risk averse enough not to go there.  LM
