really a gorgeous house, inside and out !! Have to say that is a pleasure to look at your photos and NOT see tons of clutter everywhere. My fave is #4 photos--love that dark, heavy ornate stair post--then the simple light, modern furnishings behind it--just beautiful.

@Oznell   I love the house.  I love that courtyard area too! (My fav) Perfection.  I love most of it, that weird piece in the kitchen, a prep table or table to eat at, with the metal bar stools seem out of place to me.  I do love the beautiful staircase.
