This is something that I would make. It keeps everything in it's place and out of the way and it teaches kids how to organize.

 

This would look good in a family room.

I think it looks like a 'cubby hole' in a workspace where they can also display their artwork and supplies!

 

They're in their 'office', doing their artwork! I think kids would enjoy this space, feelin' kind of grown up!

You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.

I would rather just have a craft table.

It's a good use of something you no longer need but the last thing my kids and grandkids would want to look at is their old crib. They want grown up furniture that makes them feel like a big kid that has moved on.
