No complaints from me. I'd have no use for a bunk room, but for a vacation home, it makes sense. Friends always want to come to the cottage.

Love it, especially the blue in the kitchen! The bedroom is so restful looking, I could curl up there now.

I'm in love! Let me pack my books and I'll be right there! I would turn all but one set of the bunk beds into bookshelves and be happy happy happy--and nappy!

Lovely place.
That master bedroom looks so cool and relaxing with that high ceiling. Looks like a great room to sleep in.

Very pretty and summery, but personally, I wouldn't choose white.

Oh Yes....my family would love this beautiful home.
The outdoor dining area is fantastic!

There is a lot of white. I'd guess that was what they wanted but a jolt of another, darker, hue would not go amiss. The pale blue walls are pretty and while the bed wouldn't be my first choice, it too has a certain appeal. That the rug, tables, curtains, blinds, sofa and lamps are all white leads my eyes to wish there was something to ground it all. I also think some kind of art over the bed would help. That big blank space just seems glaring to me.

For some strange reason I am always paranoid about having something hanging on the wall behind the bed falling on top of me as I sleep. I certainly can't recall any time this actually happened,so I have no factual basis upon which to understand it.
I'm happy with a bedroom with not much decorative stuff or art work on the walls. I like it simple, quiet, calming, and most of all, capable of being very dark at night.
The large size and the high ceiling in this bedroom appeal to me. Lots of potential for air circulation when it is hot.
To each their own.

@Oznell wrote:That's the thing I like too, @stevieb -- the blue of those cabinets. It's a really good blue-- not too light, not too dark, almost a kind of smoky French blue. Nice!
@Oznell, It's an enticing and versatile shade. Blue and I are having a moment anyway, which is very odd. I was very into blue when decorating my first grown up apartment but have moved far away from it over the years. Suddenly, it's making a bit of a comeback, if a limited one.
I wish I could go back to my blues but I am totally awash in greens and neutrals now and want to sell my house and not put a bunch of money into it that I won't get back. My DH does have a very pretty blue bathroom and I have the paint to paint it a color near that moodiness in this picture, a real moody but from the cadet family. The rest of my house is neutrals and green (I do think green is a neutral too). Oh, well. Maybe in my next life.

Love every room. I wish it were mine. It looks like the perfect home to which one would arrive after a day of fun in the sun at the beach or the nearby pool.
