I am in love with your wall of windows, and mountain views and sunrises.  Heavenly!  Am I remembering correctly you are in one of the mountain states like Colorado?  (No need to confirm if you'd rather keep it private.)

My favorite thing is that the laundry room is upstairs by the bedrooms.  No lugging laundry up and down two flights of stairs to the basement.
