Yes, I also LOVE the metal ducks!!! I'm thinking of keeping the ducks out for the holidays too and putting a plaid ribbon around the mama's neck. I've had them out since the day they arrived late Spring...

Your decorations are so pretty. I love the arrangements you made. You did a good job. Those little duck gourds are cute. My favorite picture is the kitchen picture with that pretty arrangement and the little squirrel, etc. in front of it. Your arrangements with the wispy stems are really nice.

Hi Good day, Thank you! The 'wispy stems' are what I would consider to be a type of ornamental grass. I combined a few different ornamental grasses, some fall leaves and sunflowers in the arrangements. All the picks were in the same aisle at HL. The metal container and bucket were along a wall in our HL where all the vases/urns are.

Hi Marsha, Thank you! I hope you finish your projects when you want them done! I know how involved some of them can get. As for decorating, I thought you'd like to know something...

Although I had the new picks out of LR while decorating (copper cedar twigs and the gold & bronze bay leaves), they just didn't fit well in my themes/vignettes this year. I was sort of disappointed since I couldn't wait to use them!

I think next year I'll think of some ideas. I have no regrets getting them though. Sometimes I will get decor items and don't use them for a year or two til I have enough to make a new grouping/vignette I guess.

You've made me anxious to start my fall decorating. I usually put my things out the end of Aug. or first week of Sept.
