Homegoods has a lot of those metal ornaments and flowers, usually under $15. Joanns usually carries lots of summer ornamentation too. You could also add an artificial ficus tree for some greenery.

Flowers don't do well all summer here so I use Boston ferns and palms on our patio. It gives a very plush tropical feel.
