@Oznell Gorgeous! I love love murals. I've painted one in a bathroom before and loved it!

I want to try and copy a more tone on tone or limited tone one, kinda like the one below....

In your posting, I love that pop limey-green accent shade used in the flowers and elsewhere also, so refreshing....I do love that shade of green! Thanks for the pretty!

@GingerHead -- that one you show is especially pretty.  Love subtle tone-on-tone!

I like the mural in the dining room. IMO it's simple and subtle enough, at least for my taste. Some murals distract from the rest of the furnishings. I think this mural enhances the space and furnishings.

I have always liked painted murals, but I would have a very hard time finding a scene I would be happy seeing everyday for a long time.

First of all I do love the dining set and chandelier!!! The addition of the mural enhances the room and gives it warmth and is certainly a beautiful addition.

My mother had a mural painted on our living room wall.  I do not remember details as I was a young girl when it was done.  I do remember it being a Mediterranean scene with lovely light colors, an Italian theme.  I have always loved murals .
