I am only looking at the Christmas decorations and I love it this way!  I use mainly blue in my home at Christmas, but I really like this.

I have read and heard from many HGTV shows that you should use one main color at a holiday decoration and stick with it throughout the room/house,

I do not think it needs red and I like the way the packages kind of go together but are not a perfect match.  Again, I do this with my wrapping paper, using mainly blue wraps.

But to each their own, that's what I say!

I may not agree with what you say, but I will defend, til death, your right to say it

I think it's very pretty....but if they light up that fireplace, there is going to be a conflagration!  The tree needs to move further from the fireplace!

I like the tree and how its decorated.....not anything else in the room...

I am an official color green hater.  The only thing I like in green is the Grinch, trees, leaves, grass and shamrocks.  🤷🏼‍♀️

The green, black and gold theme is lovely and no, I don't personally think red is required of all rooms during the holidays. That said, it's clearly an individual choice. There have been years I used a lot of red and years I used none at all in favor of non-traditional colors for the holidays. I don't care for the small gold table and I don't care for what looks like a wooden stocking on the mantel, and while I like the rug, I'm not sure about it in this context. Otherwise, this works for me.

Nope.

Because of the wall color and rug, I would've done a blue, white and silver Christmas tree.

No red, no green.

The green chair is nice, but it has to go!
