Christmas Green

Do you like the green Christmas decorations in this room?

I think the room looks fine, but it’s not for me. I really need some red in my Christmas decorations. Replacing some of the green ornaments & packages with red ones would help. I like the garland on the mantel.

I don’t mind the green chair, but I dislike the gold table next to it. Not loving the wooden stocking, the gold wreaths, or that mirror. I don’t understand the blue rug at all. It doesn’t seem to go with the rest of the room. A more traditional rug would look better IMO.

Oh yes, too much green. I would change the ribbon in the tree and the chair to red, do some of the packages in red and add a red bow to the garland. I don't care for the shape of the mirror either.

I guess I'm an odd person but I like this. This makes me think of a Scottish home. There is blue in the ribbon so the blue rug goes with it. And the mirror; my grandmother had a mirror similar to it. It just looks very vintage to me. I love that we all have different opinions. As it should be.

The tree and packages are beautiful. The chair and wooden stocking need to be tossed. I'd never do an all green look but it's not ugly by any means.

The blue rug is out of place as is the wooden stocking which may have some sentimental value. The rug is just wrong. The rest is fine, but I just love green!

Green is my favorite color. I like it mixed with the gold and white in this room. I don't think the room needs to have red. If anything I would add a little black. Green, black and white are a good combination of colors. Instead of the rug being blue and white, I would like it to be black and white. Most of the packages look to be wrapped in black and white. I too would ditch the wooden stocking. Love the green velvet chair.

Interestingly, I appreciate this holiday scheme, but would like to see a different garland that includes gold, and replace the other accents. I would also switch out the mirror for a quaint, holiday themed picture.
