Re: Anyone shop at Wayfair???

I've bought a lot from Wayfair and will continue - selections, price, fast shipping, customer service are all outstanding.  We bought a bed mattress from them last year that was super inexpensive for a king and yet so much more comfortable than the one we paid big bucks for just a few years ago.  DH and I just finished assembling a cabinet I recently ordered from Wayfair.  I've never been disappointing with anything I've ordered from them.

If ur coffee-make or other appliance doesn't work --- press the reset button. I have one on my kitchen wall - and one in my downstairs bathroom.

Several months ago, the button on my toaster wouldn't stay down - so I tossed it. Then I tried to make coffee and it didn't work. I pressed the reset button - voila!!!! Since my toaster had it's life, I left it in the trash and ordered a KitchenAid from Bed/Bath.

I'm a regular shopper with Wayfair, I've never had to call c.s.because I've never had any problems with any of my problems.  Although I might have just jinxed myself...lol

I have bought from them a couple of times.  They have a nice selection to look at usually.  But I think a lot of the time things are overpriced.  If you find something you like at a really good discount go for it otherwise no.  Plus, if you research a little you can often find things on other websites that are identical that might be called by another name which is much cheaper.....check Amazon for one.

Yes, I ordered a really cool multi color chest from them.  It was super fast delivery too.

Re: Anyone shop at Wayfair???

Adding to my Wayfair experience....

Back toward the end of March I ordered a curtain rod.  Our new kitten had grabbed on to my lace panels and couldn't get down.  In his struggle, he pulled the rod off the wall and it ended up getting bent.  We were planning to do some decorating updates so it didn't really bother me not to have the panels up.  Then we got busy with "life clutter".  We're now in the finishing stages of the redecorating.  Today, DH opened the box containing the curtain rod only to discover it was bent in two places.  It almost looked as if the shipping box may have been a little short and a packer may have jammed the rod inside to make it fit.  Mind you, the shipping box was undamaged and it's just been sitting in a corner untouched for the past couple of months.  I called Wayfair's customer service and they are kindly expediting a replacement to me this week.  The CSR also noted to include extra padding and to use a longer box.  I should have it by Friday.
