In the middle of December last year I purchased the Bonavita coffeemaker 5 cup. I had a cup of coffee this morning but wanted one this afternoon as a snack with a biscotti. I plug it in and the button turns red like it usually does but then it shut right off. I tried it several times in that outlet and decided to try another outlet and the same problem. I called Wayfair CS. They had my order and they were very kind and said they would send out a new one. I decided to get the water out of the unit except there was no water. OMG! I immediately called Wayfair so they would not ship out the new one. How embarrassing. However, this email is to let you know how wonderful their customer service is so if you plan on purchasing anything, you won't be sorry. BTW, my coffeemaker is awesome. The coffee tastes like it came from a professional coffeemaker. I love it. ![]()

That is too funny. Sounds like something I would do. Glad to know they are a good company and that you are so honest.

How very nice of you to take the time to let us know about their CS. So many people would have taken advantage of them as well.

Yes,in fact I just did for the first time.I ordered a t.v. console & a computer desk.They were both assembled a few days ago.Beautiful pieces that I couldn't find in the local stores.Their prices were also incredible.
I called customer service because a couple of the handles were scratched on the console.They contacted the manufacturer who called me back within an hour! They are mailing me replacements.
Oh, They offer free shipping on orders over $50. I highly recommend using them!!

@Sadiesadie @ECBG, It's the way I live my life just like the two of you do too. I feel if you do dishonest things it will come back to you.

YEAH they are great, I ordered a quilt that had a blemish in the material, instead of sending it back, they told me to keep it or donate it and gave me complete refund.

@Katcat1,I could have never enjoyed another cup of coffee from that machine, and it would have been a flashing light in my presence any time I was near it.

This thread couldn't have come at a better time for me. I have 3 lamps sitting in my cart at Wayfair but held back on placing the order as I don't know anything about them. Thanks to you ladies, I will soon have 3 lovely, brand new lamps gracing my home. Thanks so much.

I almost ordered an area rug from them recently but found the exact same rug on Amazon cheaper. I don't like Wayfair's website; if you're searching through dozens of items, it's very difficult to use.
