@jubilant - Yes, but with one exception--- those two pillows with tiger (?) stripes.

 

IMO, just removing those two pillows, and by not adding any additional pillows in their place, makes the room calmer and quieter, much more attractive and welcoming, and far less cluttered.

I think the screen behind the sofa and pillows on the sofa are pretty. The animal print pillows and elephant end tables are too much. I would remove at least half of the decor.

I don't mind a small mix of color and patterns but this one I would need to tone down a bit.   The colors do make the room happy though.

It is not my taste, but yes it works. You have to see how the eye flows. I think this has a nice balance. It is very easy on the eye.
