Anyone else get your reindeer yet?

So, I put my order in for these like everyone else.

In stock - in process - all normal.

A few days later QVC changes my order to "backordered"!

I just checked my order status: " canceled"!!! They canceled my order! AGAIN!!!!

Sigh.......

Happen to anyone else?

@ChiliPepper  It has happened to me, and again this last harvest show.  I didnt buy the deer as I already have them from another site last year.

I hear ya, it's happened to me before too. Always disappointing.

They showed the set in all three choices (I ordered silver) several times after I placed my order so supposedly they were still in stock. I believe the pearl sold out at some point. 

You'd think they would do something for the customers this happens too. Discount, fee shipping, something.

@ChiliPepper I bought two sets in silver.  I'll share, you can have one of my sets.  Few minor paint issues on all of them, but if you aren't staring them down you probably wouldn't notice.  My painter can't stay within the lines.

I have so many nice things, I should be grateful for that.

I would love a set of deer/reindeer candle holders at some point. Something else will come along.

Maybe they will create a set like the wooden owl/pine cone candle holders. Wouldn't that be nice?

@ChiliPepper  I've had my order go from 'in process' to back order, some of them I eventually received, others never shipped.  I've ordered while they were still presenting and the order goes to back order.  I guess the computer can't keep track of how many have been sold and they keep taking orders when they have sold out.

Sorry, you didn't get the Reindeer. It is so disappointing to think you have something ordered only to learn you won't be getting it.

@ChiliPepperI got a similar set last year or the year before that. I got this set in champagne and they are gorgeous with the chocolate trim.  I also have a set from David Shindler when he was at QVC. So, I feel certain they will show up again.
