I am not sure if Jen lacks all self awareness, but she talks CONSTANTLY about the cost and "value," a polite term for cost. I may have to skip shows she hosts. I hate being told how inexpensive everything is. I know how cheap or expensive things are and so do the rest of the watchers. I do not understand how Valerie Parr Hill can stand being on set with her for two hours. I can't watch it.

Thats what I do. Skip shows she hosts.

Right...exactly. That's coming from the host who flew by helicopter to a mountain top to get married.

I watched the two of them and I enjoyed the show.   I think Jen gives the needed information and keeps her shows on track for the most part.  And honestly, some who have to keep bringing up her "over the top" wedding, get over it.   She was a beautiful bride and to each his own, it was their special day to do what they wanted.  Myself, I thought it was great!   Carry on.

I didn't see this show, but I did watch some of the Mackenzie Childs show after. There was zero chemistry between Jen and Rebecca Proctor. Jen dominated and Rebecca seemed ill at ease. I watched some of it and then gave up.

@oldasmud

I think Jen is much more suited to selling clothing than other items. Her background is as a boutique owner, so it's an easy fit.

I only realized this once she started being off more, but she worked really well with clothing designers like Isaac, SG, and Dennis. Honestly, I missed her Friday show with Isaac, I used to watch it in place of SATURDAY MORNING HYSTERIA.

I agree, it’s disingenuous at best. But even worse is when they tell you they bought the high-end version for three times the amount, and look you get the cheap version cheaper!

I haven't seen Rebecca Proctor mesh well with any of the Q hosts. It is cringey watching her and I like Mackenzie-Childs!

When Leah was doing a livestream after her show the other day, she was in the foyer at Q HQ and they had vendor booths set up for the next day when they were having a live audience. Leah clearly did not know the Mackenzie-Childs brand and kept calling it "Mackenzie and Childs" as well as saying they are famous for their "checkerboard." It's called Courtly Check.
