@lynnie61  Thank you so much for such a fun and sweet message, Lynnie61! You are a dear heart and a delight ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐ŸŽ„! I'm so glad that you loved my Christmas story! My family and I still get a kick out of remembering my Christmas tree powerlifting story.  I tell ya, I'm a small and mighty lady- and I'll do it again next year just to keep the legend alive ๐Ÿ˜…๐ŸŽ„๐Ÿ‹๏ธโ€โ™€๏ธ haha.

     I bought a Wilton brand bundt cake pan for $13 on Amazon for my early Christmas gift this year since I've always wanted to bake a bundt cake.  I've made 2 bundt cakes so far: chocolate fudge chip and the blueberry lemon bundt cake.  I'm going to make a cranberry orange bundt cake next week for the New Year. Its a bundt cake bonanza over here ๐Ÿ˜„ . I wish you a very Merry Christmas to you and yours too!! I hope that you have a fabulous Christmas and a Happy New Year @lynnie61 ๐Ÿ’— @Enufstuff ๐Ÿ’—! Have a great time with family and friends this holiday season, ladies!

@SportyShorty07

        What a video that would make, with tiny you carrying a

Christmas tree bigger than you are! You are small but mighty!

You must have super strength from all your workouts and

dedication to physical fitness. I can only imagine how exhausting that feat must have been. My mother always said "Where there is a will, there is a way." Your  family must have been surprised and amazed at your strength. That's a great memory.

        Even though you don't have a tree to decorate, I'm sure that your decorated mantle must be beautiful and festive.

        Thank you for all your compliments of my aqua and white decor. The year before last, I was not up to putting up a Christmas tree. There have been a few years when I didn't bother to have one. But, I have always at least put up wreaths on my front and back doors  and the ornament wreath above my fireplace. When the children were still at home, we always

had a tree for Christmas.

         Your lemon blueberry bundt cake sounds delicious as does your dinner. Your home baked cookies are a special treat that everyone must appreciate. Just this past week, I gave one of my daughters my cookie press, cookie cutters, food coloring

and all the decorations and sugars. My back issues do not allow me to stand for hours anymore, to make and decorate cookies.

        Today I will bake some brownies  and I'm picking up three pre-made turkey dinners from a nearby restaurant today.

This will be the first time that I have not made a Christmas dinner. It is a lot of work and there will be only three of us for dinner.

          I saw one daughter yesterday and will see the others after they have dinners at their houses.

          I hope that you and your family have a lovely Christmas and New Year.

@Enufstuff  It would've made a great video to see me hauling that tree up all of the hills ๐Ÿ˜๐ŸŽ„๐Ÿ‹๏ธโ€โ™€๏ธ! I have some fun fitness resolutions for the New Year: I want to enter a natural women's fitness/strength contest and I want to try indoor rock climbing.  I love that phrase, "Where there is a will, there is a way." It is so true- I pushed myself to the limit carrying that tree and I believed in myself.   My family loved it. I bet your wreathes and decorations through your house are gorgeous- your trees are so pretty every year that you do them ๐Ÿ™‚. We haven't had a Christmas tree in a couple of years. Some years just don't need a tree, or life is too busy to get a tree.

    I made the potato salad yesterday and now I just have to make the green beans and chicken thighs tonight.  You are so sweet to give your daughter your cookie press and baking supplies- she will treasure them and make cookies for you and her kids!   Cooking or baking can really do a number on the back and feet- you're making the right choice to not push yourself for too long past the point when your back hurts.

     I bet your brownies are delicious! The turkey dinners will be delicious too- I can definitely relate to getting takeout for Christmas some years.  I remember we had our favorite Krispy Krunchy fast food fried chicken one year.  It's all about coming together and having a peaceful and fun Christmas- and if delicious takeout helps bring that peace, I totally support it.  Have a wonderful Christmas today with your lovely family!  Merry Christmas to you, your family and to Toni too  ๐ŸŽ„๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ’—
