@Kachina624

  The last time I posted a picture of my white flocked tree, it was all decorated in vintage pink ornaments.

  This year I decided to use vintage Shiny Brite aqua ornaments and other vintage aqua ornaments.

I love it, the color, the flocking, & the nostalgia

Wow, @Enufstuff , that icy beauty is fantastic, both lit and unlit.  It's just a pleasure to gaze at.  Your aqua and white colors together are a wow, and love the vintage Shiny Brite.

The vignette makes think of a meticulously decorated Nordic ballroom in 19th century Sweden, awaiting the Christmas ball....

Re: Aqua for Christmas

[ Edited ]

@Enufstuff.  I had a white flocked tree that I decorated with matte finished aqua balls for years and with aqua velvet bows.  I love that look.  Finally wore out the tree.  It was only 4 ft though.

Beautiful, and yes, @Desert Lily, very nostalgic. I love it! I have some vintage glass ornaments that were my grandmother's and a couple of them are this color.

@Kachina624   Your tree must have been gorgeous with matte

                    aqua ornaments and velvet bows.

                    After I posted those pictures, I thought that I should have included my newly re-upholstered aqua velvet chair.

Maybe I'll try to take a picture with the chair next to the tree.

@Enufstuff

I love your vintage aqua tree, it's gorgeous.

Since yiu have vintage Shiny Brite ornaments, I remember we had them too. I was very young and we had real trees. When we put all the ornaments and lights up after Christmas and took them down the next Christmas, the lights and ornaments smelled like a Christmas tree.
Anyone else remember it?

That's what I miss most except for my dear mom and my beloved dear sister.

Enjoy your Christmas and your beautiful tree.
