@lavendar i'm petite and plus-ish, and have never thought wide leg pants looked good on me. I think they make for a short and stumpy look, definitely not what I'm after! lol. I need at least a bit of taper toward the hem.

however, I have several pairs of Denim & Co Beach pants that look ok. They're a fluid and drapey cotton jersey and they come down all the way, maybe that's why. You might like to give them a try. I'd steer clear of cropped wide leg but maybe that's just me.

From my experience q pants run huge. In the stores and other online shops I wear a medium, or size 10. I am 5'2" and 137 lbs with hour glass shape, sort of. There's a few wrinkles in that hour glass, lol but you get idea. In qvc and  NYDJ I wear 6.  I do not have skinny legs, just normal for size, but the q pants that are straight leg, on me are like wide leg.....but they don't look right. I quit. Even in Jenny Garth I wear 6. I haven't worn 6 since since 1972
