I would never buy it - or wear it! - but some will.  Obviously.

Another said her "dogs nails get caught in it" when they jump up on her.  

Another said it's "always getting caught on things" even door knobs.  

Several..."cheap" and "overpriced."

Of course, the fashionistas love it.  They'll wear theirs "with holey jeans."
