This was the viral Lulu 'Scuba' hoodie.
It certainly wasn't worth the 100 price tag!

You can also use ammonia in the wash water as a deodorizer. It is especially good for removing ANY residue from fabrics.
Economical, and it has NO residual "aroma"...

I have a scuba blazer/jacket from Marla Wynn & a pair of scuba pants. They have None of the problems mentioned in this thread. It's better technology now.
The exterior of the fabric is very smooth, the items hold their shape, & they're a step up from casual without being dressy.

I know it's a fabric that's been around for a while. I believe it's 100% synthetic but I might be wrong. It looks too stretchy and synthetic for me. I don't do tight clothes.

@Shanus. Scuba is a style of jacket made like scuba gear. Real scuba is made of rubbery, stretchy material that keeps divers warm. I imagine an imitation fabric (neoprene) being hot. It's a style that has ebbed and flowed over the years.

I have a back pack made from scuba fabric----I'd guess it is used in scuba gear---never use it tho---not a backpack girl. It does feel nice. I can see it making a nice jacket.

Scuba is a knit fabric, but not new. Maybe it's just "having a moment."

I know. It would be like wearing a giant baggie. I guess you could eliminate using the sauna at the gym.
@Meowingkitty Lisa Robertson had some (dresses) items on in scuba fabric I believe, before she left as did the girl that took her place. Can't recall her name, the blond.

It's not all skin tight construction. It depends.

The scuba fabric of today is so much different from that of yesterday. Many are soft, silky and have a beautiful hand.
I am sure your Marla Wynne ensemble is lovely.
