When I see scuba I say no, but needing a skirt I took a chance on A670671, Peace Love World skirt and I love it.  Not at all rubbery like I thought it would be.  Of course all scuba may not be the same.  This skirt is soft and has a nice flow.  Yes, it's 56% modal, 39% poly, and 5% spandex so it's 100% polyester which I generally avoid, but this skirt is very nice and I recommend it.

It's a horrible fabric - really thick and spongy!  I immediately donated what I bought to a charity after washing did not soften or improve it.  Who thought that fabric was a good idea???
