Coming out of the Denim & Co. show where the last item was their pull on pants with a Buy More & Save $5 and opening the OTO for the WEN kit for purchase was poor planning in their part. Having 2 hugely popular items back-to-back like that was hopefully a lesson for the producers.

As it gets closer to midnight and all the easy pays ending, people are making up their minds and ordering. I think that's why problems were happening.

I was watching a little of the Dooney show with Shawn and she mentioned that there were no calls. That seemed a little strange...

Very busy night. Perhaps QVC needs to have EZ pay days a little more often. Apparently people like them.

& Free/Discounted Shipping Offers. I was another individual that went through the hoops last night ONLY because of the offers. Wish QVC would have more specials on ALL items and not the same ones over and over.

Outsourcing instead of own onsite IT technicians can cause all kinds of problems. ..I suspect the Q changed this to save money for this past year their website quality has been the worst ever. And does anybody else recall this website acting so weird in the past years? Just saying. ..please don't delete my post here. Take care and enjoy your day!

I don't think that's the only reason although a long-awaited item (limited edition) was offered as an OTO and sent all us Wenners into a frenzy

I think it was just the combination of EasyPay Day plus all the Wen users watching to see if that OTO would be offered. I'm sure the Dooney gals were going crazy over the easy pay on those bags too!! Several people have stated the site crashes on every EasyPay Day as well as some other special events.

Having Chaz Dean introduce a new item as an OTO that a large group of shoppers has been waiting for was not a good idea on EasyPay Day. IMO
