@sunshine45  This is not a policy change that I am aware of nor have I heard of any change in our current policy. As an example, If the item is not defective and she is using the prepaid label she will be deducted $3.00 (original Postage) and $6.95 (Label Fee).

Hope that clears up any confusion.

Have a great day!!

Re: OH MY! Return Policy Changes UPDATE

[ Edited ]

So, after all the feedback I spoke again to a QVC rep. this morning. She was very generous in giving me her time to fully explain the situation with my return. The information I had received last night which prompted my post was INACCURATE! When an item is returned, the $6.95 is deducted for S&H and $3.00 is deducted for original shipping costs. Therefore a total of $9.95 is deducted. I have no idea who I talked to the night before and where his info came from, but it has no basis. Per the rep I talked to today... take advantage of Free S&H as much as possible and opt for another return service such as USPS to see if money can be saved on returns. As for the problems with sizing inconsistencies, they know this is an issue and an adjustment was made on my refund to address this issue. Thanks for all the feedback which encouraged me to place another call tihs morning and double check the information I erroneously received.

Re: OH MY! Return Policy Changes

@eddyandme I understand all of that, I just ordered 12 cans of rug spray cleaner and a kerosene heater, believe me I understand.

However, I would NEVER order clothes from somewhere I can't see a person walking around wearing it (like QVC and HSN).  It's difficult enough seeing a live person wearing the things than to look at a picture and order it.

Re: OH MY! Return Policy Changes

If your item is defective, the Q might make an adjustment on the return shipping but the original shipping is not refunded.

That's what I've been told from CS about a couple months ago.

Yes absolutely.  I just returned a clothing item that I considered defective because it shrunk all up when washed according to instructions.  They refunded my purchase price, return s/h (I used their label) and the original s/h I paid to have the item sent to me.
