I agree!  I watched Susan with another host earlier this week..it was unbearable.  The host fussed with her hair over and over and over..then there was misc junk talk about karaoke,  then general silliness.  If QVC is going after a younger market this won't cut it.  Watching 2 50 + yr olds acting like 13 year olds isn't interesting to anyone..not me at 60 or my niecs at 35 and 40.

I watched this show on QVC 3 last evening and in my opinion management had told Susan to calm it way down and for Mary Beth to keep her under control.

 

I dont mind Susan being enthusiastic about her clothing but lately she has been manic.  I like Susan and certainly dont want to bash her.  Mary Beth did a good job and Susan tried real hard to calm down.

She talks at a pace I can follow and speaks clearly, in addition to being prepared.
