I'm 55 and wear a medium. I'm 5'5 I love how they feel on me. They make me feel good about myself. I have about 6 of her tops. Will get more. I just ordered the upcoming TSV. Can not wait for it. I have people telling me how great I look with them on. I do not layer. Wear one at a time. Robin

I like LOGO. I don't layer, unless it's a tank under a cardigan. I wear it mostly at home and on weekends around town.

DD wears LOGO to work. She's in her 20's, petite, and looks adorable. She is in a professional office setting. She also doesn't layer much, so it looks very appropriate. Smile

This is very well said. It is artsy. I love the unstructured look about it.

As with everything, it is not for everyone. So, why do people think it should be? That is what I don't get.

I agree with you. I have a few pieces and like them. Not all styles ever appeal to everyone so this topic appears EVERY time Lori is on!!

I'm pretty sure the LOGO demographic is women who like that style. It's everywhere and has been for several years. Don't pretend you haven't seen it in malls and stores. If you don't like it, don't wear it. And don't watch Lori' s shows. I have several tops, I like the casual, artsy feel and they work well with bold jewelry.

Agree.

Take a look at the Soft Surroundings catalog, the Free People line, J Jill etc etc. I have a hard time believing anyone who says they've never seen this type of design

The look is all over and has been for a few years now.

I am in my 50's, 5'6'' and slim hipped. The style fits my body type. My style is more artsy as well-I don't care for the conservative Talbot's and LL Bean look. That's why there ARE different styles out there--we are all different.

I'm with you as I sit here in my outfit. Its the step out of the box look and that is what I am all about.

Why do people have to criticize it? Not every line is for everybody.

I was not criticizing; I was just wanted to know who liked this line of clothing. Trust me, I am not one to criticize anyone's taste. I am still waiting for Fashion Formulas to make a come back!!!!!!

I agree. It's not about age, height, or weight. I'm 47, 5' 2" and 138lbs and I love it...it's my style, my "uniform". Do I get compliments every day on my clothing...? no! But when I occasionally do it's usually when I'm wearing one of my LOGO tops.

It's fine if you don't like the look...there are plenty of lines that aren't my cup of tea. I'll just never understand the visceral reaction to LOGO some have.

My reaction is and was not visceral. I just don't understand the attraction...thats all.

I thought these forums were going to be friendly. I was wrong. I did not mean to offend anyone. I never said I did not like this line of clothing. The line is just very curious to me. I live in NC and I have never seen anyone wearing this line or anything similar. I do understand that all people have different taste in clothing. I reiterate, I was just inquiring. So, ladies, the ones who got offended, I will bid you farewell. I will never inquire about anything again.

Young college girls are layering, but not like Lori. They wear tight tanks with cropped jackets. They show off their lovely figures. I've never seen anyone in my area dress like Lori or her models. I have seen many new and strange, out of the box, fashion. It doesn't mean everybody would or should wear it. I've watched Lori, looking to see if any of her collection is suitable for me. I'm 5'4", l08 lbs. and can wear most anything, but I'm not buying anything that does not flatter or make me what I feel is more attractive.

I haven't seen anything of Lori's that will do this, and I haven't seen any models that look more attractive. Lori just looks ridiculous in her collection. I don't believe this trend will hang around long. Never in my area.
