This is very well said. It is artsy. I love the unstructured look about it.
As with everything, it is not for everyone. So, why do people think it should be? That is what I don't get.
The looks really frightens some women. It strikes terror in their hearts. It's very strange.

Why do people have to criticize it? Not every line is for everybody.

I have several tops, I like the casual, artsy feel and they work well with bold jewelry.
I agree. It's not about age, height, or weight. I'm 47, 5' 2" and 138lbs and I love it...it's my style, my "uniform". Do I get compliments every day on my clothing...? no! But when I occasionally do it's usually when I'm wearing one of my LOGO tops.
It's fine if you don't like the look...there are plenty of lines that aren't my cup of tea. I'll just never understand the visceral reaction to LOGO some have.

I like LOGO too...and she is soon introducing the cutest matching outfits for children!
If some women are terrified by the line, then they need something else to worry about! LOL

Most of her items appear to me that they call attention to the hip area. Not an area I want to emphasize, even though I'm a medium, otherwise.

I don't see anyone in my city of any age layering like this. I have no desire to pile on layers. My personal summer moments mean I want the fewest layers possible - one. I also prefer more structured garments - loose flowy drapey tops and tight bottoms are not my fashion style.

I have no idea where you live, or why the difference, but I have never once seen anyone wearing a LOGO look, and I do not see it in the B&M stores in my area. Perhaps it's because it is very hot here in SE Louisiana, and they know layering won't sell well. I'm not a stick in the mud - attend church, garden club, committee meetings, political groups etc. Big neighborhood party last week. Lots of slacks, crops, and maxi skirts. No LOGO NOGO looks anywhere.

Agree.
Take a look at the Soft Surroundings catalog, the Free People line, J Jill etc etc. I have a hard time believing anyone who says they've never seen this type of design
The look is all over and has been for a few years now.
I am in my 50's, 5'6'' and slim hipped. The style fits my body type. My style is more artsy as well-I don't care for the conservative Talbot's and LL Bean look. That's why there ARE different styles out there--we are all different.

I am 62, 5'3" and , while not slim, not chubby either. I wear Lori's v-neck tunics with the pockets and LOVE THEM! They are comfortable and skim the body to really compliment it. I ordered (this past winter) 3 of the cardigans with the ruffle in the pack and have worn them all summer. I live in Southern California and I feel totally comfortable and in style wearing these styles. I wouldn't wear the vests because I don't wear vests or leggings and I wouldn't layer like they do on her shows. I don't care for some of her newer tops but that happens with every line shown on QVC.But I did like the one shown yesterday with the v-neck , short sleeves, and chiffon ruffles on the bottom. Tried to order but they were all sold out of my size in the color that I wanted. I can wear her tops almost all year round also which I like and , if we had a large neighborhood party, I'd wear one of those tops. And , by the way has anyone noticed that that style ( the assymetrical hem) is now being shown EVERYWHERE? The look is very popular. If you don't like it, don't wear it but, please, don't say , that no one is wearing it just because you don't see it in your area. I remember, back a few weeks ago, someone saying that they don't see anyone wearing maxi dresses or skirts. Really, I counted at least 20 women wearing them in church last Sunday. WHere does that person live?

I ADORE LOGO!! I'm mid-50's, tall and fairly slim. And I love pockets so she has me there. I love her styling - it's so elegant and flowy. It reminds me of the dresses from the 1930's movies. That's when asymmetrical hems first came out btw.
I don't wear only LOGO but at least 3 or 4 times a week I wear a LOGO top, vest or cardi and always get lots of compliments even from strangers on the bus! I see now that Antthony on HSN and Louis Dell'Olio here on the Q are designing the same look tops and using more and more rayon/span. Here in NYC I see the layered look, asymmetry and long flowy tops more and more. But if it's not your thing I'm not sure why you need to "understand" it or know who's wearing it.
