I don’t like Cold Elbow look.   I do really love Cold Shoulder tops and dresses.   There   are some women who have crepey or loose hanging elbow skin.    I don’t think that Cold Elbow look would look good on them.  Do you? JMO. YMMV.

I personally am not fond of cold shoulder IMO woman look cheap not a classy look  I dont mind a little off the shoulder  but cold shoulder make me crinch  and it does not look like it is going anywhere soon I am afraid woman bought into everyone shoulders are beautiful

Cold shoulder is not for me... Looks great on others but once cold shoulder is no longer a thing you have a shirt you don't like anymore.  I have so many of these fads that I purchased in the past - now they are in the goodwill bag....Clothes are expenive so spend your money wisely....
