@Tyak  Takes for me 3 - 4 weeks  Item then, as previous poster said, sold out.  I do not bother with exchanges now big joke!  Hope yours works.

I called CS about my exchange today and the girl took the item info and said she'd take care of it, which to me sounded like it was in limbo at the return center and wasn't getting looked at at all.  Anyway, another 8 days and it should be delived to me according to CS.   (No wonder exchanges take long....the customer has to prod things along.)   OMG.
