How long is the average turn-around time for a clothing exchange?

I am still waiting for an exchange since 8/15.  QVC's free and easy exchanges are a joke.

OK, I guess I have to wait longer, it's only been about 2 1/2 weeks for mine.  Ridiculous, isn't it?

And I just got a refund, pretty quickly I might say, for a pair of shoes I had requested an exchange for. So, so much for that. I won’t bother to contact CS.

Several weeks, by which time the item often sells out in your needed size/color. Smiley Sad

I don't even bother with exchanges anymore, if I really want the item I reorder in the wanted size/color and return the other, not free of course.

You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.

I live in the Midwest and it usually takes 3 weeks from the time I drop the item off at the post office until I receive the exchange.

@KingstonsMom That's what I've been preaching - pay a little more to get what you want....or buy more blood pressure meds.

@Tyak   For me, it's about 10-14 days.
