I have these in my bag on the Nordstrom site. It has a flounce ankle with a few subtle ruffles in the back. A bit motor refined than some of the flounce jeans by COH.

I'm all set with slim boyfriend jeans; I bought them in two shades of blue last year.  I do like those flounce jeans, they look fresh but still wearable.  Perhaps I'll see that style in a March when my mind turns to spring clothes.  It's definitely not there now.

@GenXmuse I love those flounced hem pants.  I will buy a pair for spring, but the style is defeintely one I would never pay full Nordstrom price for.  In fact, the style is the kind which would actually steer me into H&M or Old Navy to shop for.
