I bought two tops from them in the Spring and I kept noticing charges for a loyalty  program. I thought my payment was being split up until I asked what was going on. Well it turns out I signed up for something that I had no knowledge of. I feel scammed. Buyer be ware

And they are way overpriced. They had great sales when they had physical stores. Miss them.

@charsha  Agree.  The stores were great and I could always find something I liked at a decent price.  That is no longer true about the online and catalog offerings.

Their stores were great I had one around the corner, besides clothes they had nice collectables.

@I am still oxox.  Try calling and telling them if the charge is not removed, you'll file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission.

That Coldwater Creek loyalty program is a joke.  I signed up for it too not realizing there was a monthly charge.  Once I found out they were charging me, I canceled it and they reimbursed me my charges without asking.  I hope they do the same with you.

That happened with me  buying toys through company Young Explorers . Somehow I was signed up for somekind of loyalty program that charged  twenty some dollars a month. I called my credit card company to figure out what the charge was and they told me Young Explorers . I called the comapny and they reimbursed me 6 months of payments to them .I canceled the service and have not ordered one new item from them

That would be enough for me to never give them business again  Macys gives rewards back and free shipping and I pay nothing for that.  JC Penneys has rewards also and there is no charge, I can't imagine paying for that.

Not a way to gain customer loyalty at all. How are these companies that dumb?
