Go to Nordstrom and get fitted. I do and I have no breasts anymore due to cancer but I get fitted for the faux boobs and bras to hold them--those girls know their stuff for that--it doesn't cost anything and you don't have to buy from them.

I wear a 32 B and have always been a bit of a bra snob. I've usually paid a mininum of $50.

 

Yesterday, though, I tried on a Calvin Klein demi-cup (which I usually avoid like the plague because I have shallow breasts). Shocker, but it fit like a dream and super comfortable. Excellent reviews, too. They are $33 at Amazon with free ship and returns if you're Prime.

Same thing happened to me at Nordstrom. Their fitters were useless as well.

The fact that you've lost a lot of weight would surely mean a new bra size.  More than likely, you need a smaller band size.
