I sent back both items/wrong color. Followed everything they say on their web site. Total about $250. Called many times and always a hang up on their end as no one answers. I email returns and customer care as instructed on their site.
My tracking shows both were received last week to them. Nothing from Barefoot Dreams. Not a word. I am not a happy customer. I filled out all their forms as told on their pages.
1. I can't reach anyone by phone. (approx. 8 calls)
2. I can't reach anyone by email.(approx. 7 emails)
I have the UPS return tracking slip/info etc. but need my refund.
No dreams just a nightmare.
I don't feel like ever ordering again from their site.

I have not had to return anything to BD, but I'm sorry you're having problems. Last week being Christmas could explain some delay in responding to you. But if you haven't heard back yet - have you considered contacting them publicly on Facebook? It's worth a shot - most retailers would not like negative comments and I would hope they would address it asap.

I would give it some more time. I can imagine with all the Christmas returns and also being closed at least on Christmas Day and New Year’s Day (and maybe more) would affect their ability to process returns.

@Jpizzell I would try calling them on Monday. Alot of businesses close for the extended holiday period. If you're not able to reach them next week, you should contact your credit card company or PayPal, depending on how you paid and give them the return tracking information. Most will give you a temporary credit until the matter is resolved.

Please allow 30 days to process all returns/exchanges.

I had one return to BD from an online order and it was quick and easy.

@JpizzellThanks for posting your experience with The BD site, there should be no excuses like being closed after the holiday, etc. Don't tell me they don't know they are going to get returns after Christmas, people just don't complain enough. BD charges so much for their product, they should make sure they have extra help during and after the holidays.
