Either is fine.  Best Buy is an Authorized Reseller for Apple.  If you want Apple Care, you can order it no matter where you purchase the computer.  I ordered my iMac from Apple.com and bought my Macbook from the Apple store in Orlando.  If either my Macbook or iPad dies, I'll replace it with a smaller Macbook.
