I am fairly new to WOW cable. Like to use app to manage my DVR. Over the last few days it hasn't been functioning. The round start up icon keeps spinning. Eventually it says error and keeps spinning. I tried all the hints to fix, like turning wifi on and off, deleting and reinstalling app, shutting iPad on and off. I suspect this is a wow error that may eventually fix itself. Anyone who has been a WOW user have any experience with this? I know the app gets horrible ratings, but it is pretty handy when it works. Thanks in advance, Susi.
