When it comes to "electronics" customer service, Apple cannot be beat!  They will jump over hoops to make things "right."

Last year I received a free iMac because my previous "out of warranty" literally snaped off the stand from the inside.

I called "Customer Relations" to explain what happened & like you they instructed me to take my comp to my local AS for repairs.  When I got there, a brand new "tricked out" iMac was waiting for me.

Apple's tech support tends to the two extremes. They're either really, really good, or appallingly  bad. Linus, of YouTube's Linus Tech Tips,  bought a new Apple computer to do a review of it that involved opening the computer to examine the components. In the process of reassembling the computer they broke the display. They took it in for repairs knowing they'd broken the warranty by opening the computer and would have to pay for the repair. They were initially told "no problem" but when the Apple Store tried to order the repair parts, Apple refused to send them because the computer case had been opened. Picking a fight with a YouTuber with lots of followers isn't the smartest move for Apple. He's now got a very expensive paperweight instead of a computer. If you've got a curious kid/spouse who might open an Apple product, you might want to rethink buying Apple.

The most I ever won was $5k at Riviera in Vegas.  I didn't even know I won.  Thought the machine was broke.  Nothing showed up in the windows yet this spooky music started blasting.  Next thing I knew, 3 slot hosts came over to congratulate me.  They told me I was playing on the Ghost Slot.  You only hit when nothing shows up in the windows.

At Harraha's Triple Diamonds is my go to slot.  I end my nights/morning playing any 1¢ Asian dragon slots.  Love those penny Asian slots.

Harraha's added a lot of new slots last summer.

I'll will be there for a week in June. 

Hard Rock Casino on the boardwalk will be open 6/28.

Unknown what is going on w/the old Revel casino now called ocean resort casino.
