Has anyone purchased this and for some reason or other had to send it back to the company for some reason or other? I purchased this back in June 2016 from qvc and it worked for a few months but it quit working so followed instructions on where to mail it back to . I cannot believe how hard it is to get in touch with this outfit to check on the status of what's going on with it. For two weeks every day I have been calling their customer service can't get through. They put you on hold for ever and still can't talk to anyone. I am so disgusted and was wondering if anyone else has had any problems with this le pan outfit. Thanks.

There have been many, many complaints on this device, yet QVC continued to sell them. I'd call CS and insist on a refund since the warranty is not being honored. They know they're junk.
Cheap pads are never a bargain. You'd do better to save your money and apply it to a better-quality device. There are good quality ones less expensive than iPads.

Bought a 10" brand from amazon/quad core/16gb memory and much cheaper than this brand. Dealt with that company for years and there is no better cs on any online network or company.
Had tablet for a couple months now, works great and problem free. Can't help you other than to repeat, call QVC Customer Care and talk with them. I am sure they will try to help you.

My Le Pan tablet was worthless garbage. I didn't bother calling customer service and I wrote mine off as a "should have known better" loss and bought an Amazon Fire tablet. I'm sorry their customer service is as awful as their product. I noticed that when I searched for Le Pan just now to see if they were still being sold, QVC search results came up with Samsung tablets and nothing by LePan.
The Le Pan website shows a copyright date of 2014, so they're not paying attention to details there or have given it up entirely. It links to a Facebook page with zero posts and a Twitter account last updated in 2011. When I visited the "find our products at these stores" link at the bottom of the page, I clicked on all the stores listed on their site and NONE of them are selling Le Pan tablets anymore. Amazon still has some listed, but they're all being sold by Marketplace sellers. They also listed the Pep Boys as sellers of their products, though I can't imagine why anyone would buy a tablet computer at an auto parts store. Le Pan gets more mysterious and sketchy every time they get mentioned. While it lists all those stores that (don't actually) carry their products, they also say they maintain good relationships with companies and name the same companies who no longer carry any of their products.
