No....that was the rose gold tablet I ordered a couple of months back.  This one was the TSV in early part of August, that was in rose gold.  I wasn't going to get it but it was an 8 gb, whereas my purple laptop now is only 4 gb (and 3 years old)...so, I was wanting to upgrade.  PLUS....when I saw that the rose gold laptop HP TSV had a backlit keyboard as well as all the keys were in rose gold....OMG, then I just had to have it, LOL...ROTF...besides, it was tax free weekend and didn't have to pay that, so I upgraded from my present laptop (purple HP, 4 gb, 15 inch) to the rose gold HP, 8 gb, 17 inch.

((HUGS)) to you and DOOBDOO....I should be set for another 3-4 years, lol.  (tablet and laptop)...ha ha

Just checked and it's still in "Advanced Order"...but EDD is still listed as Sept. 14.  So...hopefully the end of this coming week.  Here's my purty 17" ROSE GOLD with ROSE GOLD backlit keyboard and keys...YAY!

@shell garden Glad you will be getting yours soon. I ended up sending mine back. I had a HP rep take control of my computer as I couldn't see the settings for the Cool Sense on the laptop. The Cool Sense is what automatically sets the fan on and off. They found out mine "did not have it on it" and some other kind of cooling feature not the Cool Sense. I really wanted it on the HP computer I purchased. The laptop itself was easy to use and I learned a lot about using Windows 10. I did use the touch feature along with a mouse and it always did what I wanted it to. The HP printer I have set us really easy. As much as I liked the gold I kept wishing I had gotten the red. Since I have been having some recent health issues again, I returned it. I will definitely reorder another HP when things are better. HP was excellent finding the answer on the Cool Sense and did so very professionally.

I had a CT of my abdomen and pancreas a few days ago and found out I "did not" have any tumors or cysts in the pancreas( a huge relief) but may still have to have a procedure in a few weeks if the back pain and abdomen pain does not subside. I have been able to get a little more to eat so that is a plus. I miss all my favorite foods.

I am will interested on how beautiful your rose gold is. It truly looked amazing. Stay excited as I know you will love it! A small snowflake looking Icon should be on the computer if the Cool Sense is installed and I never had that on mine either. Just a manufacturing error that could happen easily with the amount being made. QVC had no problem and credited my account with no return shipping. I used their label and it got back quickly to them.

@MKR14...oh sweetie, I am praying that you are feeling much better soon.  Good news though, that you do not have tumors, but the other procedures you have to go through, hopefully, you will be well and back to your normal self in no time.  Please continue to update me here on your well being.

Okay...a cooling sense what?  LOL....are we supposed to have one?  I know that they talked about having a vent on the left side? for cooling off the laptop.  Did you especially want that cooling sense and decided that it didn't have that particular one so you sent it back?

I am okay with just the vents on the side....my present computer doesn't even have one, but it never runs hot.  I am glad you at least got to try out WINDOWS 10 (plus the update, CREATOR).....and that you like it.  I do too.  Like I said, I had a WINDOWS 7, but never wanted the 8 or 8.1 version, so when they came out with WINDOWS 10 and said it was like the WINDOWS 7 with the "start" key, then I jumped on and ordered it 3 years ago.

Keep me informed on how you are doing and I do hope you find your "RED" computer soon.  Keep an eye out around Christmas (both at QVC and HSN) because they will have some deals then too. Just keep HP....they are the number 1 company and I always get the HP ones.  ((HUGS))
