Any suggestions for a new printer for my 2012 iMac?  I am not a "techie" and I need this for home use only, nothing too fancy or too hard to hook myself (that won't make me cry...lol!)  I will appreciate any suggestions, TIA!

I've used Epson printers on all my iMacs since 1999.  Very simple setups.  Most important to me, excellent US based customer service team.

My suggestion:  Rearch, research, research **your needs** to find the right printer.

I have a Cannon Pixma, that works with my two MacBooks and 2 Iphones, it was a very easy set up, their CS is in the US and very easy to work with

Never had an issue with HP and my Mac.

I am not a techie either so I can't really advise you on the best printer. I will say I have always owned HP printers and have been very happy with them.

I only print black and white.  I've had a Brother laser printer for quite a few years.  Works great.  The cartridge and drum are easier for me to change than the ink jet printers I've had and the toner cartridge lasts far longer than the ink jet printers, too.

No iMac, just Android. For me after trying almost all major brands? I will stick with my Canon printers. Think their CS is in the USA, if not, they are great when you need help.

TIP:  Epson's "high capacity" ink last longer.

TIP:  You will save purchasing Epson's "bundle" ink (the one that includes 2 blacks in the bundle).
