With any electronic device nowadays the first things to try when any of them do strange things is:

1) Do a restart or reset, whichever term you prefer to call it, and try it again.

2) Unplug the easiest end of the device from the power source for 30 seconds/then try it

One would be amazed at how much trouble they can save themselves by trying these simple things.

I called Nordstrom today to find out why I was denied a credit card. They had my date of birth incorrect and I will receive my card in about a week.
