@Tori3569 We ended up at the Xfinity store today. The guy there told us to install the Outlook app on each device and they would all be synced. DH has been busy all afternoon so we haven't done it yet. It sounds like such a simple solution. Why didn't we think of it? It must be an age thing, not automatically thinking of apps. Keeping my fingers crossed. I'll let you know.

Using the Outlook app was the perfect solution. Everything is synced now and I'm no longer frustrated. Thanks all.

@JeanLouiseFinch I get your frustration.I too am tech challenged.Since my son moved out, I have no in-house expert to solve my tech issues. I have started to ask Google a lot of questions. Most of the time it works & I can get over the hurdles.
My DH depends on me to solve his tech issues too.Lol!!
