@vandekraatsI have said over and over again.  Others here have said over and over again.  You should NEVER buy that kind of stuff from ANY TV Shopping Channel.  If you're within the whatever-time-return period, you might consider doing that if you want to.  Otherwise you've learned an expensive lession.

Lesson learned:  Never ever buy electronic items from QVC.  They are overpriced.
