Good morning,

I just wanted to give anyone who is not tech-savvy, such as myself...to be aware that the "extras" that come with this are really inferior!!!

I am so disappointed because I just spent $672 thinking this was the way to go on getting a new iPad.  The keyboard is so cheap that I went ahead and bought an IPad keyboard for another $170.

I'm bummed that QVC would sell these cheap peripherals, not cool.

@vandekraats I am very sorry you experienced this but it is a long story of outdated models and just what you described.  It's NOT the place for tech.

So true. I would never buy any electronics other than a Tracfone from QVC or HSN.

Besides being outdated and loaded with junk, many of their products are specially made for them.  Not just electronics, purses are a fine example too.

Sleezy.

send it back and save your money, and get an iPad at apple or other vendor,

you don't need any of that stuff to use an ipad

I agree!!!

I only buy from Apple directly.  Usually the store, however, I got my Granddaughter the new Macbook Air from the Apple.com site.

Q makes a lot on the sales from the throw ins. . .which you don't even need.  It makes you look like you are getting a good deal. . Not!

Not as tech savvy as I used to be so I want support with electronic purchases like transferring from old iPhone or iPad to the new.  We have a great Best Buy very close so that's where I go.

@vandekraats

 I would return the iPad, all the accessories and buy everything from Apple Online. You don't need a keyboard to run an iPad.

I enjoy watching YouTube videos when I want to purchase some new technology.

You don't need a keyboard but, some people like having one.  I did when I used my iPad.
