I ordered a Hipstreet W10 Windows 10 tablet/keyboard. The first one was shipped via Express UPS and was apparently lost or never shipped by Hipstreet. QVC shipped  a replacement several days ago with another tracking number. UPS once again cannot find this package. Anyone have any experience with Hipstreet shipments? Thank you.

Not, but I do know that when QVC assigns a shipping tracking number, it's done sometimes days before the item gets to UPS. (Really, I've had them get "sent to a UPS facility" and then just disappear for 4-5 days.)

QVC shipping can be very slow. I don't even consider something missing or lost unless more than a week has passed. So when you say "several days ago," how many days was it? What does the tracking information say on your QVC order? It's very possible it hasn't made it to UPS yet.

It's not at all unusual for it to not show as trackable for 4 days. Often they call it "shipped" within 2-3 hours. They consider putting the order through and creating a label as "shipped" when it might not actually SHIP for close to a week. But since your first one went astray I understand your concern :-(

It was initially ordered 2 weeks ago, A replacement was sent 3 days ago. At this time UPS has no knowledge of the shipments from Hipstreet. Thank you.

Well at least QVC is going to help you. I hope you get your tablet real soon.
