Fitbit weekly update

[ Edited ]

I always get a weekly update from Fitbit with my weekly data recapped.  Last two weeks nothing.  Does anyone know if you have to join Premium to now get the data?

Lots of people here are so helpful.   Lots of requests on Fitbit, with apparently no answers.  Guess no one is getting them.   At first I thought I might have deleted a week in error.

I think if it's new they give you a trial period to see what's available in the Premium content.

Wow!  I haven't gotten a weekly update on my Fitbit for the past two weeks either! So. . . it's not just me.

Now that you mention it, I realize that I have not received my weekly stats for at least 2 weeks. I have never had premium and have always gotten one. Hmmmmm

@lynnie61 - I got the weekly update this week but not the 2 previous weeks.  I just figured I accidently deleted the emails!  I have an antique Fitbit One and don't use any apps or anything, just what I can do on my laptop.  I like seeing the week at a glance (so to speak).  Not sure how they decide what to send to whom.  I am going to be very sad when my tiny, clip on, easy to use Fitbit One dies.

@ceekay   Thank you.  I received mine as well late Monday.  Meant to come back yesterday and post, but I forgot.  I like seeing the weekly comparison.  I’m on my third or fourth fit bit.  I swear mine would die in a year.  I have the versa 3, and it was more expensive, but I’m over the year at least.  I miss my tiny one, I had a stainless steel flexible band and I loved it.  I don’t like the plastic band on this one.  I think the thin one was the Alta or Alta 2.

No, you don't have to buy into Premium to get your weekly stats.

I have a Fitbit Charge 5.  I've had a 2 and a 3.

The 5 is the worst.  It rarely syncs to my Carb Counter app without a problem.  Usually, I have to reboot the Charge 5.

It's really annoying.  I would not recommend the 5 to anyone!  Supposedly, the Fitbit gurus know about this problem and they are "working on it."  It's been over a year already!.
